Job Responsibilities:

•        Obtain an adequate history and perform an appropriate physical examination for the presenting problem
•        Order pertinent laboratory and radiographic studies as needed based on the initial evaluation
•        Make appropriate therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient based on the information gathered.
•        Administers appropriate medication or treatment as necessary.
•        Minor surgical procedures

Requirements

•        Active North Carolina Medical License 
•        Ability to be credentialed in North Carolina

PA/NP Requirements:

•        Graduate of an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant school.
•        Minimum of one-year experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine.
•        Clinician experience in an outpatient medical clinic or urgent care setting preferred.

Physician Requirements:

•        Graduate from an Allopathic or Osteopathic medical school.
•        B/C in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Pediatrics.
•        Clinician experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine is a plus.
